*BEST is the abbreviation of ‘BRAND’ – ‘E3’ [ECONOMICAL – EFFICIENT – ETHICAL] –SELECTION -TECHNIQUE.

The selection process of Companies are based on parameters like Brand value of the Company & their products AND impact of Corporate Brand to the existing employees AND in the mind-set of would-be Managers from ‘A Class’ - ‘B schools’ in India during their campus recruitment.

Parameters for E3 are fixed on long time (not less than 10-15 years) systematically toppers in RNW, ROCE, DELTA EVA, DIVIDEND YIELD, DEBT-FREE, CAGR etc. We give due priority with pre-fix weight to parameters like ‘Companies managed by Owner like Professional Managers’ & ‘Easy to understand business’. In-depth, information-scanner is used to find Company / Managers not barred by any Govt. agencies / authorities for their acts & decisions to run the company.

Selection-Technique (for selection as well as rejection) of a Company by our ‘FMCG’ Research Group, are based on data analysis of past performance / parameters; current state of affairs / performance data, with a check on the variation of their projection and future projections in the line of policies adopted by the company and published statistical data with available information in public domain. It is a continuous process updated on quarterly interval and accordingly data / information are updated. Day to day information / notes available public information systems are also recorded and considered in the selection process.

Pre-selected highest marks are fixed against various parameters of a company and after applying the *‘BEST’ method through the process developed by the FMCG research group, Companies either selected or rejected. Entire findings are placed to the GITGO Investment Management (GIM) team by the FMCG for a final decision for investment. After taking the selection decision for investment, funds are invested on the basis of available funds of GITGO FINANCIAL CONSULTANCY LLP.
